About Robert McGuire

I have 30 years of experience as an award-winning journalist and professional writer. My early career included teaching college writing, newspaper and magazine reporting and nonprofit management. I started McGuire Editorial in 2014 with a vision for connecting in-depth and thoughtful content with organizational mission and strategy. I want clients to feel they have a partner they can trust to tell their unique story for them. I’m motivated by innovative organizations tackling challenges in academic and career success, and I seek out clients excited about making positive contributions to the world.

My team

I’m supported by a curated team of freelancers, some of whom have been with me for 10 years. Almost all have journalism experience and draw on their reporting and interviewing skills to find original angles to each topic.
